What is the On-Ramp Program?

Everyone needs individual attention. If you’re stepping into a gym for the first time in a while (or

ever) you are particularly at risk of being exposed to fast paced group training too soon.

Our gym draws a clear line; we don't just facilitate exercise. Our passion is to provide a true

coaching gym. Over the last few years, we created and continually refined the RÓNIN

On-Ramp Program, a focused on boarding that sets you up for long-term success.

Whether you’re aiming to build strength, lose weight, improve energy, or simply feel better, our

On-Ramp is your personal foundation for results without the overwhelm.

What is the On-Ramp Program?

Our On-Ramp is your initial 1-1 onboarding phase. After we meet for your free consultation, our

next step in knowing you and locking in realistic goals is minimum 3 x 1-1 PT sessions.

We cover topics such as :

Core movements: Learn how to move safely with confidence

Technique and form: We teach proper mechanics, no guesswork.

Personal pacing: You’ll progress at your own level, not someone else’s.

Community intro: Meet our team, get to know the space and focus on nothing else but

your integration into a new gym.

We don't throw you into the deep end. You’ll be guided every step of the way by

expert coaches who actually care.

Who’s It For?

● Anyone feeling nervous or unsure about joining a gym.

● Those returning after injury or a long time away from the gym.

● People who’ve tried other gyms but want something more specific, smarter, simpler, and

sustainable.

What Happens After On-Ramp?

Once you complete the program, you’ll know how to move, train, and recover and you’ll have a

plan that involves high levels of accountability. Although a lot of people move from On-Ramp to

small group training, a percentage decide to stay on a one-to-one approach. The investment

required for personal training longer term can be something to consider. We also offer options

that combine one-to-one and small group training for your long-term journey with us.
