This innovative program combines the best of small group coaching and 1-1 coaching to deliver outstanding results. For a lot of our busy clients, weekly or bi-weekly 1-1 sessions massively increase effectiveness in nutrition and habits in general.
Our most common option is - 8 times per month in small group classes (6 people) with the add-on of one personal training session every two weeks. During this personal training session, you can check in on:
